As part of the nationwide celebrations of National Space Day 2025, a series of One-Day Workshops is being organized by ISRO across select educational institutions and outreach centres. These events aim to inspire young minds, share India’s space journey, and foster scientific curiosity among students and the public.

Objectives

  1. Celebrate National Space Day by commemorating India’s historic achievements in space science.
  2. Create awareness about ISRO’s missions and emerging technologies.
  3. Provide hands-on exposure to space applications and scientific thinking.
  4. Engage school and college students through interactive sessions, exhibitions, and expert talks.

Programme Overview

Each workshop will feature:

  • Inaugural Address by senior ISRO officials and local dignitaries.
  • Technical Sessions on satellites, launch vehicles, space applications, and future missions.
  • Live Demonstrations & Science Exhibits.
  • Student Interaction, quizzes, and science competitions.
  • Film screenings and documentaries on ISRO’s journey.
